Steve Rasko, co-founder and President, is a Certified Journeyman Carpenter, a rare standard to obtain.  The Alberta Journeyman Certificate is earned by completing a 4 year program through a technical college, which includes over 4 years of on-the-job experience, and successful completion of a comprehensive Provincial exam.

What’s in a name?
Toltec refers to an ancient civilization of Mexico. The name in Nahuatl means "master builders." The Toltec formed a warrior aristocracy that gained ascendancy in the Valley of Mexico in the 10th century AD.
